What is it?
Learn to cook in a state-of-the-art teaching facility as the finest chefs in Metro Atlanta donate their talents, time and ingredients. During the two-hour sessions chefs prepare, on average, three recipes and share samples with participants.

Where and When
Classes are held in four locations, The Cook's Warehouse in Brookhaven, The Cook's Warehouse in Midtown, The Cook's Warehouse in Decatur and The Kroger School of Cooking in Alpharetta.

Cost/Tuition
Costs vary depending on level of participation, ranging from $40 to $150.
One-hundred percent of class tuition benefits Atlanta's Table, a project of the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

Classes are on a first-come, first-served basis and fill up quickly.
Please note that the non-refundable class tuition fee is required at the time of registration. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is accepted no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. No cash refunds will be given. A one-time class credit will be issued, based upon schedule availability.

The Creole and Cajun cuisines the blend delicious French, Spanish, French Caribbean and African flavors is what New Orleans food is all about. Chef Magee brings his high level of commitment and passion to New Orleans style cooking to Simple Abundance with a menu of Sunflower salad with Bibb lettuce, sunchokes and baby corn vinaigrette; Andouille crusted catfish with julienne vegetables, chive aoli and crystal butter; and Pecan-peach bread pudding with caramel anglaise. Chris "Ludacris" Bridges and Chef/Owner Chris Yeo partnered together to bring this delicious blend of exotic flavors and spices to Atlanta with their new restaurant, and tonight Simple Abundance helps you bring them to your kitchen.
